This Archtober, share your firm’s New York City-based work with architecture enthusiasts! NYC’s annual festival of architecture and design is accepting nominations for projects to be included as part of its signature tour series.

Building of the Day tours are the centerpiece of Archtober. The tours, led by project architects, make exemplary architecture and the work of architects more accessible to the general public and provide a platform for engagement around important issues in New York City’s built environment.

Previous Buildings of the Day include the Little Island (Heatherwick Studio, Standard Architects, MNLA), Summit One Vanderbilt (Snøhetta, KPF), Dia Chelsea (Architecture Research Office), the Radio Tower and Hotel (MVRDV), and the the TWA Hotel (Eero Saarinen, Beyer Blinder Belle, and Lubrano Ciavarra Architects),

To be considered to participate in the series, please complete our submission form. Buildings and sites can be located in any of the five boroughs of New York City and do not need to be recently completed. Projects should be nominated by the architect, who is responsible for clearing the copyrights of the submitted images and for acting as a liaison between Archtober staff and the project’s client. The deadline for submitting projects is Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Building of the Day sites will be announced this summer.
